Filling out the application to be part of an insurance network is easy. Obtaining and keeping that contract isn’t. It requires consistent follow up, meetings with the medical director, marketing the case workers, etc. Most centers don’t have the time and energy to devote to this activity because of the cost – and it’s hurting their ability to grow. In fact, the insurance companies are hoping you’ll just get tired and give up. We’ve developed tools and relationships which help us approach these networks on a different level – from a national management company – instead of a per center basis. This often gives us a greater ability to leverage then the individual center.

Our service includes, but is not limited to:
· discovering, applying and communicating with insurance networks
· interacting with the appropriate directors to give presentations on the benefits of the medical center.
· Ongoing marketing and communicating with case workers of any updates, coil changes, etc.

We at Epic believe that getting on networks is often crucial to increasing the scan volume and revenue at an medical center. We have the staff, time and energy necessary to approach and consistently communicate with the insurance companies in your market.
